National Chapter
SUNY Potsdam's ACM is recognized by the national chapter. Their definition is as follows: ACM is widely recognized as the premier membership organization for computing professionals, delivering resources that advance computing as a science and a profession; enable professional development; and promote policies and research that benefit society.
Local Chapter
We are recognized by SUNY Potsdam's Student Government Association. Our goal for our local chapter at SUNY Potsdam is to establish a collaborative environment for students who are interested in technology and computing as well as raise awareness about the career opportunities and impact caused by pursuing computer science.
